The primary purpose of the Clay County Public Library is to serve the residents of Clay County as a popular materials center and to supplement the school libraries of the county. Services of the Clay County Public Library will be provided without regard to race, gender, economic status, or disability.
The library has a broad selection of legal self-help, reference and legal forms books. If needed, the library staff is available to help locate these materials and other online resources.
There are nine (9) internet accessable computers available for the public to use. There is no fee for the use of the computer, but there is a $.20 per page fee for printing.
A copy machine is available for public use, with a $.20 per page fee for copies.
A fax machine is available. Each fax is $1.00 to send.
The Clay County Public Library does have the complete set of the 2012-2013 West's Tennessee Code Annotated available for use in the library.
