Clarksville-Montgomery Public Library aims to provide all citizens the best in library services in Tennessee.  Additionally, the library has a broad selection of legal self-help, reference and legal forms books. If needed, the library staff can help locate these materials and other online resources.

This library has a great legal reference collection. It includes the entire current TCA (Tennessee Code Annotated) and the official Code of the City of Clarksville.  You can also find information brochures on many topics including:

• bill collection
• wage garnishment
• orders of protection
• rights and duties as a renter

On our website at http://www.clarksville.org, online access has been provided to a legal collection through TEL (Tennessee Electronic Library). 

Under the Reference tab on our website, there is a menu for helpful links. These consists of commonly requested topics and websites including access to free legal forms and legal information.
